‎Otuedo N’ Ogbenbe condoles patron, Chief Emmanuel Iyase over wife’s passing
‎The Otuedo N’ Ogbenbe, a socio-cultural group comprising indigenous journalists from the Edo South Senatorial District, extends its heartfelt condolences to its Patron, Chief Emmanuel Iyase, following the passing of his beloved wife, Magdalene.
‎In a statement jointly signed by the Convener and Secretary of the group, Comrade Edosa Okunbo and Elder Patrick Ahanor, the forum expressed deep sympathy with Chief Iyase and his entire family over the painful loss.
‎The group described the late Mrs. Magdalene Iyase as a virtuous and compassionate woman whose life was marked by dignity, kindness, and remarkable contributions to her family and community.
‎ According to the statement, her passing is a great loss not only to the Iyase family but also to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
‎Otuedo N’ Ogbenbe noted that as a patron who has consistently shown support and fatherly guidance to indigenous journalists in Edo South, the group feels deeply saddened by the loss and stands in solidarity with him during this difficult time.
‎“We share in the grief of our Patron and his family and pray that the Almighty God grants them the strength, comfort, and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss,” the statement added.
‎The group further prayed for the peaceful repose of the soul of the departed and for divine consolation for the entire Iyase family.
