AIGUOBASINMWIN MOVEMENT WORLD-WIDE has called on the governor of Edo State Sen. Monday Okpebholo to urgently review and restructure the current local security architecture to ensure effective security and public safety. The MOVEMENT said the recent occurrence in the state calls for concern of every key security officers including Commissioner for Public Complaints and Safety and other related security task forces/committees. EDO POLICE ARREST KIDNAP SUSPECT, RECOVERS DECOMPOSING BODIES OF 2 VICTIMS Officers of the Edo state Police Command have recovered 2 corpses from the forests along the Benin- Lagos Expressway, who were kidnapped last month from Ekiadolor. The recovery followed the arrest of one of the kidnapers, a member of a 7 man syndicate who operates along the Benin-Lagos and Benin-Akure expressway, by the Violent Crime Response Unit VCRU who engaged them in a gun battle in the forest. The State commander VCRU CSP Osagie Godspower led journalists and health officials into the forest were the corpses were recovered. According to one of the victims, whose mother was among those killed,  the kidnappers struck their home in Iyowa community, Ekiadolor abducting herself, her Mother and the maid staying with them.
