The Aiguobasinmwin Movement Worldwide on Friday, 5th December described Dr. Patrick Ebojele’s appointment as Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State as a right step in the right direction.

This was stated in a congratulatory message signed on behalf of the Movement by Mr. Iyamu Osaro Culture and Mr. Osayuki-Osa Benson, President and Secretary-General respectively
and made available to journalists in Benin, the state capital.

The Movement noted that arising from Dr. Patrick Ebojiele’s antecedents and excellent performance in journalism profession, coupled with his characteristic associated with inter personal skills, we the AIGUOBASINMWIN MOVEMENT WORLD-WIDE are confident that he will make us proud.

“It is important to state that since 1999, this is the first time that a veteran journalist who is a member of Nigeria Union of Journalists, (NUJ) Edo State Council is been appointed as substantive Chief Press Secretary to Governor of the State.

“We are thrilled to welcome him as CPS to Governor Monday Okpebholo. His impressive track record, grassroot experience and interpersonal skills are a perfect fit for the role.

The petitioners had alleged that the failure to properly record electoral materials prior to the election had affected the results.
