Asue Ighodalo statement on Artefacts, Matter Arising.....

We have taken a deep study at the PDP Governorship Candidate, Asue Ighodalo statement regarding the Artefacts matter wherein he stated that we quote " I think I need to take time to study extensively what the issues are, I didn't think there are major dividing issues. Those Artefacts that belong to the palace will go back to palace, and those that don't belong to palace will go where they belong, but I will ask questions"

Arising from the statement of Asue Ighodalo over our stolen Artefacts, it is obvious that he is playing to the gallery. Let us use this medium to quickly remind Asue Ighodalo that the issue surrounding where to store or keep our stolen Artefacts is no longer in dispute arising from the Federal Government Gazette dated march 2023 which ceded the right of ownership to our revered Oba of Benin Kingdom. So, Asue Ighodalo should now know better that all our stolen Artefacts will be taking straight to Palace for onward storage at the soon to be constructed BENIN ROYAL MUSEUM and nothing like those that doesn't belong to palace will go where they belong.

Sincerely, Asue Ighodalo statement over our stolen Artefacts has been giving us concern and it is important to state that the inability of Godwin Obaseki to take custody of our stolen Artefacts prompted him to seized Benin Traditional Council monthly statutory allocations for nearly one year and after rigorous agitations, he began the the unlawful deduction of the same Benin Traditional Council monthly statutory allocations where it has been observed that over 800million naira of Benin Traditional Council monthly statutory allocations is currently being withheld by Godwin Obaseki arising from is unlawful deduction.

It is also a fact that the inability of Godwin Obaseki to take custody of our stolen Artefacts prompted him to shutdown OBA AKENZUA CULTURAL CENTER where the stolen Artefacts were temporary meant to be kept pending the construction of BENIN ROYAL MUSEUM.

It is also a fact that the inability of Godwin Obaseki to take custody of stolen Artefacts prompted him to prevent the release of the money he budgeted for the construction of BENIN ROYAL MUSEUM both in 2020 and 2022.

It is also a fact that the inability of Godwin Obaseki to take custody of our stolen Artefacts prompted him to lured some suspended and defiant Enigies to cause division in our well structured Benin Kingdom.

It is also a fact that the inability of Godwin Obaseki to take custody of our stolen Artefacts prompted him to lured few suspended Enigies to take palace to court.

The inability of Godwin Obaseki to take custody of our stolen Artefacts prompted him to arrest Benin Traditional Council Secretary and some palace chief for matter that could have been settled with phone call.

And many more!!!!

So, our Artefacts revolves around some many sacrilegious actions and plans orchestrated by Godwin Obaseki against our revered Throne.

Therefore, Asue Ighodalo can't claim ignorance of all Godwin Obaseki sacrilegious actions and plans against our revered Throne and if he does, then it is obvious that if he win, he will continue the sacrilegious plans and actions from where Godwin Obaseki tends to stop.

Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State has announced Barr. Musa U. Ikhilor as Secretary to State Government (SSG); Hon. Samson Osagie PhD as Attorney General and Commissioner For Justice; and Dr Cyril Adams Oshiomhole as Commissioner for Health.
