PDP SWC suspends Orbih, Shaibu, Ihama

According to Mr. Ogie Vasco the Edo state publicity secretary of PDP, in a well attended Edo State PDP SWC meeting today by 9 members of the SWC holding at the party state Secretariat, Airport Road, Benin City, a crucial decision was taken on the gale of anti party activities by some  party chieftains in the state. The SWC has extensively delibrated on the issue and resolved to expell with immediate effect Chief Dan Orbih, National vice chairman South South, Rt Hon Phillip Shaibu and upheld the expulsion of Rt Hon  Ogbeide Ihama from Ward 2,Oredo LGA. .

It will be recalled that both Shuaibu ogbeide Ihama Had Earlier Donated Their Campaign Offices , Sienna Buses And Other Campaign Material To The APC Governorship Candidate

Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has ordered for the immediate and indefinite suspension of collection of all revenues in Edo, especially in motor parks and others, until further notice  Governor Okpebholo has also order ed the State Commissioner of Police to arrest anyone who flouts the order.  The Governor said he will review the issues surrounding the collections soon and decide on the way forward.  “The collection of revenues in the State has been suspended indefinitely. Anyone seen collecting revenues on behalf of the State Government will be arrested.  “The Commissioner of Police is hereby ordered to arrest anyone who flouts the order and collects any kind of revenues on behalf of the State Government.  “The Governor will soon  address the issues and concerns raised. Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State has announced Barr. Musa U. Ikhilor as Secretary to State Government (SSG); Hon. Samson Osagie PhD as Attorney General and Commissioner For Justice; and Dr Cyril Adams Oshiomhole as Commissioner for Health. The nomination of Osagie and Oshiomhole will be confirmed by the Edo State House of Assembly when they are forwarded soon by Governor Okpebholo. Barr. Ikhilor was born on the 6th of August 1980 at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, Benin City, Edo State. Barr. Ikhilor attended Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he obtained an LL.B in 2008 (Second class Upper Division). In 2009, he obtained a B.L. (Second class Upper Division) at the Nigerian Law School and was enrolled as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. In 2017, Barr.
