Comrade Osaro Aigbekean Has Reacted To A Press Briefing Comrade Augustine Nosa Uhunmwangho Saying He Was Spreading False Information To Desive The Public . The Statement States As Follows

My attention has been drawn to the falsehood that is currently being spread by the Comrade Austin Nosakhare Uhunmwangho whose tenure in office as the Chairman of Edo Tipper Drivers Association is due to elaspe on the 19th of October, 2023 in line with the valid Constitution of the Association which allows only  Four (4) Years tenure for the Chairman of the Association and not Five (5) years.

Members of the Association and the general public are therefore called upon to disregard the falsehood that is being paraded by Comrade Austin Nosakhare Uhunmwangho and continue to support the candidate of their choice for the next election.

I wish to also by this medium let the public know that Comrade Austin Nosakhare Uhunmwangho and his cohorts are in disobedience of a valid Court order which has clearly directed a Stay of all activities pending the hearing and determination of our Motion on Notice. Hence the purported suspension of members of the Association is of no effect and should be disregarded as same is merely a ploy by Comrade Austin Nosakhare Uhunmwangho to oppress and continue to intimidate members who do not support his selfish Five (5) years ambition

Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State has announced Barr. Musa U. Ikhilor as Secretary to State Government (SSG); Hon. Samson Osagie PhD as Attorney General and Commissioner For Justice; and Dr Cyril Adams Oshiomhole as Commissioner for Health. The nomination of Osagie and Oshiomhole will be confirmed by the Edo State House of Assembly when they are forwarded soon by Governor Okpebholo. Barr.
